1. Recoverable Scenarios and Methods​

1. Undo Deletion Immediately (within 5 Seconds Only)​

  • Applicable Scenario: When deleting an entire chat or clearing chat content, Telegram briefly displays an "Undo" button.
  • Steps:
    • Right after deleting the chat, tap the "Undo" option that appears at the bottom of the screen.
  • Limitation: Only works for entire chat deletions and must be done within 5 seconds; individual message deletions cannot be undone.

2. Restore via Backup​

(1) Cloud Backup​

  • Condition: Requires enabling "Automatic Backup" in Telegram settings beforehand (disabled by default).
