⚠️ 重要提醒：手机号泄露机制​

即使你在 Telegram 设置中隐藏了手机号码，如果以下两个条件同时成立，对方仍然可以看到你的手机号：

1. 他将你的手机号保存到了自己手机的通讯录；
2. 他授权 Telegram 访问手机通讯录权限。

这属于 Telegram 的设计机制，无法在你这边控制。

如果你不希望对方看到你的手机号，你只能：

• 让对方删除通讯录中的你的号码；
• 或让对方禁用 Telegram 的通讯录访问权限。

• 一个国内手机号。哪怕是已经注册过中国区Apple ID的手机号照样可以拿来注册美区账号。
• 一个没注册过Apple ID的邮箱。

第一步：准备可用的翻墙环境​

因为美区Apple账号需要网络地址在美国，首先需要有翻墙工具，并确认网络IP切换到美国。

步骤：

1. 选择一个可靠的VPN服务，如Clash Verge + 代理节点等，详情可见这篇2025年最新教程：手把手教你怎么翻墙；
2. 打开VPN，选择美国节点；
3. 检查IP，确认已切换到美国（可用Google搜索"what is my IP address"检查）。

第二步：开始注册美区Apple ID​

步骤：

1. 打开Apple账号注册官网，填写表单；

2. 打开美国地址生成器（自己谷歌别的网站也行），后面填写账号有用，选择美国免税州，生成信息备用。

   1. 选择免税州，以后购买App store里的其他应用时不用交税。美国有5个州免消费税，分别是：俄勒冈（Oregon）、阿拉斯加（Alaska）、特拉华（Delaware）、蒙大拿（Montana）和新罕布什尔（New Hampshire）。阿拉斯加州可能有州税，建议选择其他四个。
   2. 假身份信息的电话号码是填在账单地址上的，注册账号的时候填的是自己的电话，不要搞错了。

   

3. 照着下图填写信息。需要注意几点

• 国家要填美国。
• 年龄要大于十八岁。
• 邮箱随意（建议新建gmail邮箱），只要没注册过Apple ID就好。
• 密码不能包含填写的名字、生日、邮箱中的文字或数字。
• 手机号可以直接用中国区手机号，哪怕是已经注册过中国区账号的也没问题。
• 验证方式选择短信。

注意：这里有很多人会遇到目前无法完成你的请求 此时无法创建你的账号的问题，可能是邮箱（推荐使用gmail邮箱）、ip地址或者浏览器缓存的问题。可以尝试以下方法，99%能够得到解决。

1. 直接拨打400 666 8800客服说明情况，报出你注册想使用的邮箱，客服会花1分钟时间给你调整好，立刻就能注册，客服非常专业且温和，不要社恐，立刻拿起电话解决吧！
2. 更换节点地址为美国。
3. 选择浏览器的无痕模式，避免浏览器缓存干扰。

第三步：验证邮箱和短信​

注册过程中，会要求检查邮箱和手机号，分别输入验证码，最后点击下一步，即可注册成功。但还没有完，我们要在APP Store中添加付款方式和账单地址，才能购买app。

第四步：设置App Store，完成转区​

步骤：

1. 打开App Store，点击右上角头像，然后滑到底部，退出当前登录的账号；
2. 输入刚才的注册的美国区账号和密码，点击登录；

1. 登录成功后，商店会自动跳转到美国区商店。随便找一个app，例如TikTok，点击获取，这时会弹出提示："此Apple ID尚未在iTunes商店使用过。"我们需要点击检查，完善资料才能购买app。

1. 点击检查之后，会需要完善付款方式和账单地址。注意⚠️不要点击付款方式那一栏，就是借记卡/信用卡和PayPal那两项，碰都不要碰。只需要填写账单接收人姓名资料等，填写完直接点击下一页就好。

• 打开美国地址生成器，填好姓名、街道地址等各项信息。
• 填写的电话号码是假身份信息的电话号码，电话号码前三位是区号，后七位才是电话号码。
• 所有资料填好后，直接点下一页即可。

1. 这个时候才是真正的注册成功了，再去下载Tiktok，只需要输入密码就可以下载了。

第五步：使用礼品卡给美区Apple ID充值​

对于一些需要付费的项目，最简单的就是去买礼品卡充值，建议在官网购买。也可以在淘宝、亚马逊等搜索"iPhone礼品卡美国区"购买，也可以用支付宝在shop.pockyt.io网站购买，可能有封号的风险但我从没遇到过。如果出了问题第一时间找苹果客服申诉，苹果客服一般比较好说话。

而在2025年的今天，Telegram早已不只是聊天工具，它更像一个数字时代的"地下城"，颇有暗网的感觉。2025年，Telegram 的用户早已突破10亿，而其中很大一部分，是来自各种"圈子"的活跃分子、搬运工、猎奇者、搞钱人、甚至是灰产玩家。

二、Telegram能干什么？​

简单来说，你能想到的，Telegram几乎都能做到------甚至你想不到的，它也做得到。

1. 建群、频道------无限扩展的内容传播

Telegram允许每个群最多20万人，每个频道可以拥有无限订阅者。这意味着，只要内容有吸引力，你可以在Telegram上迅速聚集一大批用户，甚至构建属于自己的信息帝国。

而这些群和频道的主题包罗万象：从学习资源、投资讨论、科技前沿，到一些"不方便公开说"的内容，应有尽有。

1. 深度匿名------在匿名中建立"信任圈"

你可以用虚拟手机号注册Telegram账号，无需身份证认证，更没有实名机制。你可以加入任何频道、私聊任何人，而对方不知道你是谁、在哪儿。

每天都有成千上万个项目方、交易所、KOL在Telegram上活跃，不少人发家致富的第一步就是在这里获得"内幕信息"。

"输入手机号，查微信绑定账号" "一个身份证号，获取全部社保、学历、征信记录" "QQ/邮箱/手机号查泄露密码" "一个手机号，获取全部开房记录"

这些操作，有的是真实存在的社工库接口，有的是钓鱼陷阱。但你能确定自己永远不会被钓吗？ 一不小心，你的身份信息、快递记录、聊天记录就会在TG里被"打包售卖"。

1. 一些"不能说的圈子"------信息的灰色地带

不可否认，Telegram上还聚集着一些无法在传统平台露面的圈子：

• 色情资源、AI换脸（尤其是境外资源、付费解锁类）
• 破解软件、黑科技工具
• 社工库、数据泄露合集
• 留学资料、考研考证、高阶教程打包
• 各类"灰色"电子书、图书馆数据、影剧资源
• 网络赌博、代理分销

三、使用Telegram前你需要知道的事​
